Peter O’Neill and Fraser James are inseperable. Since forming the company in 1998, he has worked hard to build an excellent reputation for his product and client satisfaction which is demonstrated by the amount of repeat commissions and recommendations we receive. Peter has a real passion for what he does and how he does it; always wanting to please his customers. Having been in the trade all his life assignments have taken him all around the world including America, the Middle East and across Europe. The underlying principals behind Fraser James is to look after our customers, our staff, our suppliers and ourselves. |

People

Fraser James is a wholly owner managed company. All of the shareholders have an active role in the business. Peter is our Creative Director and Claire Martin-Redman Smith Operations Director.
Behind the scenes is a team of vastly skilled and experienced cabinet makers along with our young apprentices coupled with a superb ‘back office’ function.
Customer Service
Once your design has been finalised we work on approximately 12 weeks lead time from deposit to completion. If necessary we will also co-ordinate and liaise with other trades to ensure minimum disruption to you and to keep as close to deadlines as possible. Because we employ all our own staff we can schedule and if necessary reschedule to fit your timeframes. Our fitters are extremely competent and of the highest integrity and will treat your house with the utmost respect.
