Having researched and met with several kitchen companies, we were especially impressed when Pete O’Neill initially visited our home – he immediately understood exactly the quality and look we were trying to achieve within the budget stated, as well as being sympathetic to our rambling old Victorian pile.
Pete took the time to give us an extensive factory tour, see the quality of the craftsmanship and meet the people responsible for producing such a high quality of care and workmanship – we were even taken to his home to see his kitchen as parts were similar to what we were proposing in our own home. We were able to visit previous customers’ homes and obtain their testimonials, which I will now offer to future FJ clients, as we found this invaluable when making our decision to go ahead with commissioning Fraser James.
FJ have produced and installed an absolutely amazing, top-end bespoke product – even commissioning a carpenter to whittle our walnut corbles, which are stunning and unique to our kitchen.
Excuse the cliché, but having now been in our new kitchen for a few months, we can honestly say that FJ achieved every aspect of our pre requisite. No job or problem was too big or small and the results have been truly stunning and are commented on frequently by friends and families. Service and aftercare have been exceptional and we would have absolutely no problem in recommending FJ to future clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to all of you at FJ involved in our project and making our kitchen the stunning family room it has now become. It certainly is the heart of the house for us.
