We know we have spoken but we wanted to formally acknowledge what a brilliant job you did for us with the kitchen and the various wardrobes/cupboards. We are thrilled with it all.
We cannot thank you enough for all your support in getting the design right and for the attention to detail. The end product is of fantastic quality in all respects and everyone has commented on it. You also delivered quickly and exactly as you said you would.
The various members of you team that were involved did an excellent job and were helpful, friendly and totally professional at all times. Derek in particular is top rate and we highly respect the quality of finish the he achieved.
Above all, you and your team took all the stress out of the process and were totally supportive at all times. You have left a very warm feeling here.
