From the start of the design process to very end of the installation of my bespoke kitchen I found the whole Fraser James team to be totally committed to producing and excellent product through their very professional service. Inevitably, with renovation of a listed building, unexpected problems cause delays across the range of tradesmen. However, I found the Fraser James team to be very patient and accommodating when this happened and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent at Fraser James and the whole team worked with me every step of the way to ensure an installation that was as ‘stress free’ as possible.
