MEET THE DESIGNER
First, we will organise a meeting at your home or our showroom with one of our designers to discuss your needs and wish list for your space.
We will invite you to our HQ and show you the process in our workshop. Starting from the raw planks; moving onto the hand-crafted details, then, we will move on to our spray booth where we prime the product ready for on-site hand painting. Lastly, we will move upstairs into the showroom to see finished products and a vast array of samples.

SITE SURVEY
We will send a trusted designer or project manager to your home to make sure our designs work perfectly in your chosen space.
In the concept stage we can iron out all of the details until your space is exactly how you envisioned! As many meetings and reviews as you need will be available to you to make sure everything is perfect.
CONCEPT DESIGN
SITE SURVEY
Once the design is settled, we will move onto finishes, our interior design team will help you pick the perfect colour scheme, door style, handles and even flooring, lighting and appliance.
We generally have a 16 week lead time from deposit and order placed, at this point we will send our dedicated fitting team to your home to complete your wonderful project.
