Sometimes you know immediately that a company will be able to realise your wishes and exceed your expectations. It was exactly this way with Fraser James.
From our first phone call with Charlotte and an immediate invitation to visit the workshops, to
Pete’s welcome and pride in his company and team, right through the design, build and installation process to completion, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Every single person within the team took time to understand our needs and guide us in making decisions and the results are stunning. We are now (very) proud owners of a truly beautiful kitchen that not only makes us smile every time we arrive home but also works superbly from a practical point of view.
Fantastic craftsmanship, an amazing attention to detail and a team that strives to achieve the best possible results; it’s a winning formula and one that will definitely see us come back for future projects. We couldn’t be happier and would like to thank everyone involved.

We selected Fraser James to fit the kitchen in our new extension for a number of reasons:-
– They had fitted our current kitchen and 10 years on we were more than happy with it – just in the wrong place now!
– Their designer quickly came up with a layout for the new space and he had listened and incorporated the features we wanted whilst at the same time proposing improvements based on his own long experience – just what we wanted.
– The design process is relatively long and he maintained his enthusiasm for us during all the design iterations.
– The person responsible for the installation (John Hook) could not have been more helpful, he worked with us throughout on a 2 phase project. The quality of the fitting staff is terrific and they take a personal pride in ensuring that the fits and finishes are excellent, work cleanly and accommodated minor changes in situ, fantastic.
– After sale support? No problem, not that there has been much to support but you always have the odd sticky drawer and in our case the builders hadn’t connected the extractor fan.
The finished product? Take a look at the photo – pretty damned perfect, phew!!

Pete, John, Phil, Rob, Eddie, Tom, Charlotte, and all the team at Fraser James were professional, creative, attentive and quick to rectify throughout the project. The expert advice and experience brought to the table is invaluable, and the end result stunning. Our new kitchen/diner has added a great return on the value of our house, and has already delivered many great parties and dinners in the few short months we’ve been enjoying it.
