I met Pete back in 2004 after being recommended to Fraser James for our new kitchen.  It was the right choice!  In fact I loved the kitchen so much they have now done work for us all over the house. Anything we want doing, we just give Pete a call.  They’re all great guys and a great company.

Fraser James has just installed a whole new study – a desk, cupboards, bookshelves – in our house in Italy. It is the fourth time they have done work for us – and, as on every other occasion, the result was exemplary and stunning. The craftsmanship which is their hallmark was perfect, with a fantastic eye to detail and using the finest material. The planning was done to perfection – with designs and plans delivered smoothly and efficiently. We were kept posted throughout the construction period and consulted on any points that arose. The job was done well within time, and the fitting was done in an exceptionally professional way. The whole thing was done within an agreed budget, which was both reasonable and realistic. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product – and will undoubtedly be back for a fifth time!

We have known Pete and Fraser James for a number of years, and their reputation has always been one to beat.  We have had a number of different scale projects completed by them, from individual pieces of furniture to a full scale kitchen fitting.  The attention to detail is amazing and the team that look after you from start to finish are a credit to Pete and his company.The design team, take into consideration all of your requirements, and design for example a kitchen around you and how you best work, putting in the finer details to make your kitchen personally your own like no one else will ever have, but keeping the signature quality that you expect from a Fraser James kitchen. That isn’t to say that if you decide to make a change along the way because something isn’t going to work that they are not accommodating in helping to develop your lifetime furniture. The Project Management team are great and you are never in the dark as to where you are with your project, and any queries are dealt with promptly ensuring a smooth and pain free as possible installation.We love our furniture, and whole heartedly recommend that they are made your first port of call if you are considering quality bespoke handmade furniture with a hassle free delivery. We would without a doubt would use Fraser James again in the future should the opportunity arise.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with our kitchen. The service from Fraser James has been outstanding right from the early planning stages through to the last snagging. As you know I was very keen to support a local business – without exception everyone who came from Fraser James told me what a brilliant place it was to work. The whole process was made very easy for me by all the brilliant staff and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Wow wow wow, we have the most amazing kitchen which is practical, beautifully made and just a joy to be in.


We met Pete Brady after a friend recommended Fraser James to us and we had a couple of design meetings before visiting their workshop and several sites where they had installed kitchens.


We loved what we saw and all the customers we spoke to were delighted with the installation, workmanship and finished product from Fraser James. I think what sealed it for us were the customer comments like “Nothing is too much trouble for FJ, if necessary they will come back months and even years later to sort any issues with the kitchen” What a great service!!


Pete listened to our long list of ideas and plans, we were keen for a huge island in the middle of the room with plenty of storage and seating. With Pete’s wealth of experience he knew exactly what would work for us, incorporating our ideas with his to come up with the best solution.


The installation went smoothly, John Hook and his team of guys did an excellent job and really cared about getting every detail right. We even added a few extras during the installation, a bespoke drawer insert for herbs & spices, thanks to Dion and some last minute vegetable baskets which we realised we needed, nothing was too much trouble. They were just focused on us getting exactly what we wanted and being 100% happy with the kitchen.


A massive thank you to Pete, John, Charlotte and all the team at Fraser James, if we ever need to do all of this again we will definitely be back to see you.

It has been a real pleasure working with Fraser James on our kitchen. The service you have provided has been second to none. Both John and Dion in particular have been brilliant.


Nothing has been to much trouble for John, he has always been more than happy to assist us with any questions or help we have required and could not have asked for anymore from him.


Dion has been a breath of fresh air he is always courteous, his attention to detail and drive to make everything perfect is a real asset. Again nothing has been too much trouble often picking up on things and putting them right without having to be asked.


We cannot thank you enough, I appreciate that obviously more people have been involved in putting our kitchen together than John and Dion so please pass on our thanks to everyone involved.


We cannot recommend Fraser James enough although we will give it a good go
