Fraser James has just installed a whole new study – a desk, cupboards, bookshelves – in our house in Italy. It is the fourth time they have done work for us – and, as on every other occasion, the result was exemplary and stunning. The craftsmanship which is their hallmark was perfect, with a fantastic eye to detail and using the finest material. The planning was done to perfection – with designs and plans delivered smoothly and efficiently. We were kept posted throughout the construction period and consulted on any points that arose. The job was done well within time, and the fitting was done in an exceptionally professional way. The whole thing was done within an agreed budget, which was both reasonable and realistic. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product – and will undoubtedly be back for a fifth time!

We have known Pete and Fraser James for a number of years, and their reputation has always been one to beat.  We have had a number of different scale projects completed by them, from individual pieces of furniture to a full scale kitchen fitting.  The attention to detail is amazing and the team that look after you from start to finish are a credit to Pete and his company.The design team, take into consideration all of your requirements, and design for example a kitchen around you and how you best work, putting in the finer details to make your kitchen personally your own like no one else will ever have, but keeping the signature quality that you expect from a Fraser James kitchen. That isn’t to say that if you decide to make a change along the way because something isn’t going to work that they are not accommodating in helping to develop your lifetime furniture. The Project Management team are great and you are never in the dark as to where you are with your project, and any queries are dealt with promptly ensuring a smooth and pain free as possible installation.We love our furniture, and whole heartedly recommend that they are made your first port of call if you are considering quality bespoke handmade furniture with a hassle free delivery. We would without a doubt would use Fraser James again in the future should the opportunity arise.

Fraser James were recommended to us by friends who already had Fraser James kitchen. We visited a number of similar companies but the enthusiasm and commitment from Pete and his team was immediately apparent and a visit to the workshop to see how everything is made confirmed that the quality of the product was outstanding and the price was very competitive.

The service from the initial design consultation with Pete, to the measuring up, fitting, final painting and aftersales, everything was faultless, smooth, delivered on time and the team could not do enough to help, even when dealing with some last minute changes we made. Nothing was too much trouble. The aftersales service has also been great.

A massive thanks is due to John Hook, Charlotte, Dion and Steve, together with Pete and those behind the scenes. We could not be happier and our new kitchen makes us smile every day! We would not hesitate to recommend Fraser James to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen.

Pete and all at Fraser James where do we begin,

14 years ago you remodeled our kitchen which we totally loved but after a lovable destructive puppy ate his way around the kitchen we decided to have it re-designed.

We have totally fallen in love with the kitchen again, What you have done this time with the design and the workmanship of all the fitters at Fraser James is truly amazing.

Thank you so much for all your efforts, time, amazing quality and above all the attention to detail. Both the kitchen and utility room have blended in with our Tetrad sofas & Ercol bar stools, so we now have the most perfect living area.
