Fraser James has just installed a whole new study – a desk, cupboards, bookshelves – in our house in Italy. It is the fourth time they have done work for us – and, as on every other occasion, the result was exemplary and stunning. The craftsmanship which is their hallmark was perfect, with a fantastic eye to detail and using the finest material. The planning was done to perfection – with designs and plans delivered smoothly and efficiently. We were kept posted throughout the construction period and consulted on any points that arose. The job was done well within time, and the fitting was done in an exceptionally professional way. The whole thing was done within an agreed budget, which was both reasonable and realistic. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product – and will undoubtedly be back for a fifth time!

We have known Pete and Fraser James for a number of years, and their reputation has always been one to beat.  We have had a number of different scale projects completed by them, from individual pieces of furniture to a full scale kitchen fitting.  The attention to detail is amazing and the team that look after you from start to finish are a credit to Pete and his company.The design team, take into consideration all of your requirements, and design for example a kitchen around you and how you best work, putting in the finer details to make your kitchen personally your own like no one else will ever have, but keeping the signature quality that you expect from a Fraser James kitchen. That isn’t to say that if you decide to make a change along the way because something isn’t going to work that they are not accommodating in helping to develop your lifetime furniture. The Project Management team are great and you are never in the dark as to where you are with your project, and any queries are dealt with promptly ensuring a smooth and pain free as possible installation.We love our furniture, and whole heartedly recommend that they are made your first port of call if you are considering quality bespoke handmade furniture with a hassle free delivery. We would without a doubt would use Fraser James again in the future should the opportunity arise.

Having now had 2 kitchens, 3 walk-in in wardrobes, 5 bathrooms built by Fraser James in 2 separate houses, I can recommended them without any hesitation, they design beautiful and practical furniture with high workmanship, the trouble they go to achieve individual requirements   are unbelievable, fine details at every stage, extremely helpful, they guide us through at every stage therefore we felt totally relaxed while the project moved on, always on budget and on time cannot praise them enough.

We wanted a kitchen, a kitchen to be proud of.

Our budget was specific and not large, so we needed value for our money. We wanted a level of service that was an excellent level, was not intrusive, delivered on every promise, timeline etc. and delivered on ‘after sales’ service. We wanted the whole project managed for us, and to as high a specification as possible.

We received all the above to a high level! Fraser James, it’s safe to say, over delivered in all these requirements. The whole team treated us as friends as well as customers. They absolutely wanted to deliver the very best for us, and did. I work in a highly developed customer service environment, and can say that their attention to minor detail was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, no matter what their particular requirements are.
